This card has a collage of 4 photos on the front, with a box on top that says "In Loving Memory", with their name and date(s). The back has a poem and photo, on a decorative scroll background. This card currently has a light blue color scheme for a baby boy, but that can be changed to any color, to correspond with any gender or age.

The back can be printed with a poem, or I can leave it blank if you wish to write a personalized thank you message.
